In June 2020, CAIConsulting, together with the British company Atkins, held a series of discussions on the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development “Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) of the Tyup-Karakol Road Reconstruction Project”. Meetings were held with representatives of the local population, including vulnerable groups, local authorities on the reconstruction of the Tyup-Karakol road. The project experts were able to get feedback from citizens regarding the choice of the optimal route for the road, identified the main positive and negative aspects of the possible impact of this project on the residents of Tyup and neighbouring villages.
