In July 2021, CAIConsulting signed a contract with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Kyrgyzstan to conduct an assessment of the impact of COVID-19 on the rights of children, especially children affected by migration. The assessment will be conducted jointly with the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) in the Kyrgyz Republic. The company's expert group will develop special research tools with the help of which in-depth interviews will be conducted with representatives of government agencies, NGOs, members of migrant families and the children themselves. This fall, the results of the assessment will be presented to stakeholders and published on the websites of UNICEF Kyrgyzstan and the Office of the Ombudsman.
